Shipping & Returns

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs 3000.
  • If less, then shipping charges of Rs 200 will be charged to the customer.
  • Currently we are offering COD (cash on delivery) & Bank Transfer Only
  • Once you submit an order, we will process it right away. You will receive an email/message once your order has been dispatched.
  • All products will take 5 - 7 days max to deliver.
  • Order cancellations will be entertained via Email, Facebook & Instagram only before the order has been dispatched. If cancelled later, it will result in a complete ban from shopping with us.
  • We will make two attempts to deliver your order. Failure to receive will result in a complete ban from shopping with us. 
  • We do not offer refunds, only store credit.
  • Due to the differences in color because screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. 
  • All products have sizes mentioned on the website, however a little human error in measurements is allowed. That does not qualify for a refund.
  • Items bought on sale do not qualify for exchange or refund.
  • However if the item is damaged during shipping, we will gladly exchange it. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can inform the insurance company.
  • Complaints made after 24 hours of receiving product will not be entertained.
  • In case of an error on our end we will bear the delivery of picking up the damaged item and sending a replacement.
  • Incase customer wants to exchange goods, shipping cost of sending the item back to our warehouse and the cost of resending the new item will be charged to the customer which will be around 400rs.
  • Articles are only qualified for exchange if they are unused, all tags are intact & packing is in its original condition.
  • The truth is, all artificial or costume jewelry is capable of tarnishing - and some faster than others. Why? It's simple - over time, your jewelry comes in contact with moisture, acids, oils and air. They react with the metal in the jewelry, causing it to eventually wear down and tarnish. Therefore we have written down jewelry care basics so you can make your pieces last longer.
  • We will begin processing your complaints & exchange once we receive your items.
  • Complaints may take up to 2 - 3 weeks to be processed. 

Understand your jewelry , must make sure what is the material of jewelry you are buying , stainless is the most reliable material of all followed by 925 sterling silver.
